Corrupt archive: Microsoft Windows NT 4 Workstation SP6 [VMw

So, today i wanted to make a vm (VM = Virtual Machine) for YouTube.
I wanted Microsoft Windows NT 4 Workstation SP6. I've seen that you can download an aleardy made VM, that will make my work easier because i will not need to install it.
I downloaded the archive, opened it and:
