I cannot install the windows 3.1 floppy from this website

When I click the download it shows me thanks for downloading but short after it just say naveen.winworldpc.com is not responding. Here is the error code:ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

In case the admins need to know, which download is it exactly? There are many different selections on the Win3.1 page.

The Naveen mirror appears to be down at the moment. And we already lost the Facilier mirror.
