I uploaded now 2 old Chicagos on the ftp Server: Chicago 222 German Beta (the oldest Beta of German Language) and Chicago 324 German. They aren't in the Library.

Interesting. What builds are they (the other 10 or so besides the ones you mentioned) and where did you get them?

A quick Google search yielded nothing of value on "Cougar 28" save one BetaWiki article. Apparently this build is just a hackjob and not a real Microsoft beta.
