I tried to use this 3.5 file and doesn't find the install file.

I guess uploaded disk image seems not to be dumped correctly from original media.

Did you open/extract the diskette images, mount them in an emulator/virtualizer or write them to actual diskettes? If the answer to all three is no, there's your problem.
