Installing Windows NT 3.1 (10-16-1991)

I tried to download and install Microsoft Windows NT 3.1 (10-16-1991) October 1991 [Pre-release], but I can't boot it.

    That was from way before PCs supported booting. You have to boot from a DOS disk with CD-ROM support and run the setup.bat on the CD.

    I installed NT from DOS. When I restart the computer, I can't boot anymore.
