The connection of upload server has no problem.
The problem is as shown.
I've tried to use another ftp client program, the result is same.
(The file has no problem.)

Stitch was changing around some of the user account stuff earlier. Probably just missed that.

I've tried to connect and make directory too.
The permission still denied.

Does it happen on a new upload FTP account (and not using the same one?)

Yes.
I've tried to connect by another PC with different IP address.
The result is same.
(Only problem is permission denied.)

I'm getting the same "Permission Denied" deal. What could be causing this?

I'm also seeing the same thing. There is a permissions error trying to upload via the FTP interface.
Also seems to be some issue with the automatic large file push to the mirrors.

In case it helps with diagnosing the issue, my temporary ftp user name is ww_3080062006

Fixed.
I have also documented the variable in the proftpd.conf that was holding this up.
