Attachments dont exist?

template->_tpl_load_file(): File ./styles/smartDark2/template/ucp_attachments.html does not exist or is empty

    Attachments are not enabled on Winworld. The current theme has an error regarding that, but that should be remedied whenever the site is migrated to the new version of phpbb.
