[OFFER] Icon Collector Graphics Editor v3.00 Rev9b (1999)
The Icon Collector Graphics Editor, also known as ICCEDIT, is an unsung classic. As far as I am aware, no Windows icon editor from the same era had such a broad selection of tools combined with really good usability. It sure beat the editor that Borland shipped with Delphi by a mile. ICCEDIT was developed by the now-defunct Great Owl Software from the United States and released as shareware. Their last release was in 2002 and their website went down a some point in the late 2000s.
What I'm offering is a scene release of the full version from the time. It contains a serial number in plain text, but also includes a keygen and a release authenticity verifier (it's a funny thing to exist, but makes sense when you think of it). There is a more limited Windows 3.x version of the application called "Icon Collector", but I don't have a serial number for it.

Thanks for this. I've been looking for a good icon editor. Based on the screenshot, this is exactly what I was looking for.
You're welcome! I think it is still one of the best. The only thing I really miss when I use it today is layers. It is definitely worth trying.
Looks interesting, but sadly I couldn't download it from the new link provided (as connection to server timed out). Mind uploading it to Google Drive or Mega if you can? Thanks.
Also, this appears to be more advanced than LiquidIcon, that I had used before.
Sorry, but I'd rather not use Google or Mega when I can avoid it. Right now the download link works from several locations. Does it work for you? Catbox is the best file hosting service I have found for small files (< 200 MB) because it allows direct links and the uploads don't expire.
I have uploaded the file to two alternative locations.
For reference, the MD5 checksum of the ZIP file should be
c14dce9dab28193e858e5c1aba7f73c8
.Just a note, some AVs don't like the keygen inside. They may be false positives, not sure: https://virustotal.com/gui/file/c8db2deff07ad4b73c6cbfedb59c45dbe4cd74383ef7d6b44a8980af1286aab9/detection
The main setup file comes back clean: https://virustotal.com/gui/file/0fd79c1349d2eaf91c1b5719a57fb27290e0eddd0bbd0c91a63b509ee485660a/detection
There is, however, a serial no that works available online:
Name: Delphic s/n: G5B5
Yeah, antiviruses just don't like keygens and cracks unprotects. In practice, the vast majority aren't malicious (especially older ones from the '90s and early 2000s) though the way they are packaged is apparently quite similar to actual malware. If you look at the result, some of the software has merely detected a keygen, and most probably purged it from their databases due to age.
