How do I open a .IMA file?

I am trying to install simcity on dosbox. It came as a .IMA file. Neither powerISO nor magicISO can open it. Please help me. Thanks.

IMA is a floppy disk image. WinImage handles this format natively.

Sorry I can't help you, as WinImage is the only software I use for floppy disk images, and I've purchased it long time ago.

You could try Virtual Floppy Drive for Windows: http://vfd.sourceforge.net

Keep in mind that an IMA file is in the same format as an IMG file. You will need to change the IMA file's extension to IMG to open it in Virtual Floppy Drive for Windows.

macOS will open IMA/IMG files natively (after you change the extension to IMG), but it will also put its own dotfiles (.fseventsd, .DS_Store, etc.) on the image thereby ruining it.
