green connector on old socket 7 motherboard

I have a old socket 7 ECS SI55P-AIO motherboard and it as a connector called green pc connector. I what wondering what is it use for? I search the web and got nothing on it. This motherboard has two of them. One next to the turbo led and one right in the middle of the motherboard where the battery plugs into it. I just wondering thanks.

Does this help any? found posts about it , seems to be for a power saving feature
