Internet Explorer 6 works on Windows NT 4.0 (SP6a required), Windows 98 SE (not sure if it works on FE), Windows 2000, and Windows Me. Does not work on Windows 95.

It works in 95, just it needs tweaks to work. So officially isn't possible, but with some tweaks it's possible

Once you download it, check the files and you will verify that is in Spanish

It does work on 95, you just need to tweak it.

It just doesn't work well on Windows 95. There are newer browsers than IE5 for 95.

Yup, 2 examples are opera 11.63 modded and retrozilla 2.2. Which render web pages EVEN better than crappy ie6.

Note: on Windows Update Restored you can find official multilanguage versions of IE 5.5 and 6.0!
