[REQUEST]Precision Instruments Universal 3-button PS/2 & Serial Mouse Drivers

I have a Precision Instruments Universal 3-button PS/2 & Serial Mouse (has a toggle switch between IBM PC AT and MS PC aka IBM PS/2) that I got at a thrift store for $1.99 and I need the drivers/installation diskette for Windows 3.x and 9X in order to program the third button to open an application, file, etc.

I hooked it up to my Windows 10 machine and the system detects the third button as a scrolling feature, but Windows 3.x and 9x doesn't (mainly because the drivers/software is needed). Can someone please help me get towards the right direction?

How did you get PS/2 on windows 10? A PS/2 to USB adapter?

Anyway, you could try the MS Mouse drivers but I don't know how far that will take you. You could also try CuteMouse. It's open source and still maintained.

My Windows 10 desktop has a PS/2 Port for either a keyboard, mouse, or both.
