Unable to change email?

I was just poking around, and I noticed that the email change section on the Edit profile page disappeared. After looking at the Adventure source on GitHub, I've come to a conclusion that the ability to change my email is disabled for me. Why is that?

Also, what is the empty "Flags" header on the same page?

    Flags == VIP, site admin, etc.

    They've been disabled mainly due to SSO sensitivity

    What, the ability to change emails? If so, I would need to PM one of you guys to change it, correct?

    Also consider hiding the "Flags" header for normal users-- it makes no sense to have nothing under it.

    SSO = "Single Sign On", that is, the ability to use a single account between the WinWorld Library and the WinWorld Forums (the Vanilla forum software). It probably verifies the user's information with the email address field or something.
