QBasic Extender

I just acquired a book titled 'QBasic Games & More' used. It did not come with the disk and now I am trying to find two pieces of software named: 'QBEXTEND.EXE' and 'CALLMULT.FPS' The book says these are required and I can't seem to find them. Has anyone come across these? Thanks.

    No but if you have got the book you can probably contact the author to see if they have a CD that they can post or give you.
