Very interesting. According to Wikipedia that was actually released commercially for a very brief period of time: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Workplace_OS
I'm not aware of any copies floating around out there, but if anyone comes across IBM Workplace OS, please do send it this way.
Apparently it only sold in miniscule numbers, so someone might have to bug some former IBM employees.
