SpinRite, by Gibson Research, is a tool that can diagnose, repair, and rejuvenate the low-level formatting and optimize the interleave of MFM and RLL (ST412/506 interface) hard disk drives. Its pattern testing ability is also useful for verifying the operation of SCSI and IDE hard drives.

    The image is for 5.25 inch floppy disk.
    When i tried write to 3.5 inch floppy disk via WinImage 10.00 , i can't, and WinImage give notification: The current image format is not supported by the disk drive.

    Anybody know how to write it to a 3.5 inch floppy disk?

    WinImage supports resizing standard DOS formatted images. You just have to explicitly tell it to do that.

    You don't need to write to a floppy disk. Just extract the spinrite.exe file and copy it to what ever media you need. There is no copy protection or anything like that.
