GeoWorks is a graphical environment and application suite for DOS. GEOS for the IBM PC (PC/GEOS) was a huge advancement over the earlier-8 bit Apple II and Commodore 64 GEOS products. Although the PC versions runs on top of DOS, it is sometimes considered an Operating System. Notably, PC/GEOS was used as a graphical runtime for the America Online DOS client. The GeoWorks suites include the applications GeoWrite, GeoDraw, GeoManager, GeoPlanner, GeoDex, and GeoComm. GeoWorks later became NewDeal Office and then Breadbox Ensemble.

    GEOS source code is released. Someone should port and renovate.

    Anyone ever see the "Color Driver" disk for this? It adds 1024x768x256 support which is not included with the standard install.

    works on virtual box. how do i make it work os: other os version: other unknown 32 bit memory: 64mb chipset and mouse: piix3 and ps/2 mouse processing cap: 20% paravirtualization interface: none screen: 6mb vdi size: 2 gb and 2 floppy drives 1 cd and audio controller: sb16 network: NAT adapter type: pcnet-FAST III serial port number: COM 1 to COM 4 serial port mode: host device Path/Address: (your actual standard serial over Bluetooth COM like COM5 or COM6 no spaces) and no usb. here is proof of it running https://i.imgur.com/d13kpw7.png
