    Can anyone make the files into a .img file?

    In this case, no. The files are larger than a floppy disk. It probably came from a CD-ROM or a download.

    If you must get it to your destination machine by floppy, you will need to use an archiver such as pkzip to create a multi-disk archive.

    If they ever made offical floppy disks for this product (likely some OEMs bundled their own non-official copies with their floppy software), it would be good to archive those.
