After Dark, from Berkeley Systems, Inc, is a set of entertaining screen savers for Mac and Windows. After Dark for Windows started off as "Magic Screen Saver" for Windows 2.x. After Dark was most famous for its "Flying Toasters" screen saver. Afterdark was very popular on both the early Macintosh computers and Windows 3.0, as neither included any kind of screen saver or screen blanker that would help prevent screen burn-in.

Question, maybe I'm just uninformed, but how do we know that After Dark for Windows started as Magic ScreenSaver? The Wiki seems to say no mentions of that in either the After Dark, the Berkley Systems pages or the subjet linked in the top.

There is some info here: https://lowendmac.com/2007/how-after-dark-came-to-windows/

The authors Bill Stewart and Ian MacDonald were involved in bringing After Dark to Windows - so it is not related to the early Mac product.

It also would not be fair to directly call Magic Screen saver "After Dark", it would just be an inspiration or sort of a basis for it.... But I lumped it in with the AfterDark product because I'm lazy.

Tweaked the description to clarify this is related to the Windows version.
