    A GeForce 6800 is probably the most kickass consumer graphics card EVER. I would stay away from ATI, their drivers suck.

    gt runs about $250-$300 USD

    true, but its the best video card on the market right now, outperforms the x800xt by ati thanks to the 16 pipelines compared to ati's 12
