  Maybe there isnt one for the IE theme... Im stuck on the IE theme till update.mozilla.org WORKS properly.

  my duplicate tab extension doesn't work with 1.0.... hope that gets fixed soon.

  Is it just me, or is there a bit more space between toolbar icons with the default theme?

  If you customize the toolbar, when you update it doesn't mess around with it. See if you can add it manually.

  No, I think they actually made the buttons bigger but kept the pictures the same size.
