    Yeah, not many people use SDRAM, but it's still being made and sold at high prices to screw the people who still do need it. I've found most 512MB sticks very overpriced, and 1GB sticks are almost non existant (or you could buy two ddr 512 for the same price...)

    BestBuy wants like $175 for 512MB. The local computer shop wanted $300. I've seen one place where it was less, outpost, and there it was like $150 or something. That one had no positive reviews at all, the NewEgg had tons of good reviews and indication that it worked in Macs and PC's.

    No, I should have said for $150 it has no reviews at all. But now someone on a Mac forum I'm on got it and said it works good.
