I have a CD of WinDelete 3.0 for Windows 95 which includes the 16-bit version for Windows 3.1.

    I think the OP did that to prevent spam/leecher downloads. Just hit "Request Access" and come back to it in a couple days. In an ideal situation, you should be able to access it then.
