Microsoft 3D Movie Maker had a lot of potential, despite being software made exclusively for kids, you can do a lot of amazing things! Too bad that they discontinued it.

This is only in the Canadian mirror, can someone upload it to the US Mirror? I cannot download it in the Canadian mirror as my CGNAT uses various IPs to loadbalance(i think???? its dumb) and my IP changes in the site and in the Canadian mirror.

It will do the same thing with the other mirror. The IP address you use to access the mirrors MUST be the same as what you use to access the library. Changing IP addresses constantly would break a lot of web sites.
