Ok - that was weird: In the manual the examples are missing texts (something odd going on with boxed-out texts?) Not seen that before in a PDF.

I think this manual was from Bitsavers. It looks like the pages were reduced to 2-color black and white. It looks like this conversion wound up filtering out light colored text. The code/example text was probably very light green. This is why I prefer color or grayscale.
My scanner clipped the bottom of the pages a little, but its much better than the other manual.
I was frustrated, and decided to buy a copy, to scan and share with the world. You're welcome.
