You will see 4 files. Pick one that you want, right click and press Save Target As... (or your browser equivilant.) When you have them downloaded remove the .gif from the file name and you will have the zip.

The files:

Chessmaster.zip.gif = Chessmaster 3000 for Windows
midi.zip.gif = Midisoft Recording Session (A midi creating program)
simearth.zip.gif = Sim Earth
upgrade.zip.gif = Microsoft Upgrade Advisor

When I open it it only shows alot of wierd signs and if I downloadit it's an unopenable GIF.

Rename it and remove the ".gif" extention. Then open with a ZIP decompessor.
