Unfortunately the interactive archived page for IE10 does not work (the code thinks you are running an incompatible OS and simply cannot be persuaded otherwise).
However, I have successfully obtained the ENGLISH versions of the IE10 browser for Windows 7 (x86 and x64) by hacking the archive.org to identify the following web pages:
