Downloading "Glitch"

hey so I discovered a "glitch" in this website. To do it, you must not be logged in and have reached maximum downloads. Also this works in Chrome only. When you try to download a file after you reached the maximum number of downloads, you get an error. In the error page, log in. Chrome will give you an error. Click send anyway. Your file will download. What is this?
