Well, evidently AIM 5.5 has a critical vulnerability in it's Away message handler, something involving the aim:coim URI protocol. I don't know much about it, but Fish told me. Now I feel nice and secure with 5.2!

Downgrade to AIM 5.2, or use something like Trillian.

Or:

Don't use Away messages.
When clicking a link, make sure it doesn't start with 'aim:goim'.
