Also, that is literally the 2nd CD for Windows NT 4.0 in Norwegian

The mentioned file is all that's necessary to install, it has the full i386 folder. I'll search for cd1, but it may not be available.

Verified - it is installable from the i386 folder through the winnt /b command.
