This sorta completes the Reason 2.5 posting as the Rewire element works fine in Reason 2.5-
Includes plenty of extras... Does NOT require a CD to run, however only the installer MOD packs that come with this will work in it. MODs you may find on the internet will not function in this version as MODs themselves were a form of protection...

This version doesn't like my VM not even letting me start it up!!
I have rebirth 2.0.1 already installed and that didn't have that latency check and works fine for me.
+1 for archive.org, you wont get people asking for reuploads
