For some reason, it reports it as build 040 in SETUP.INF, but reports the installation diskettes as a sparta pre-release.
If someone can take a further examination and correct the build, I would be very thankful!

That's good.. But it doesn't report 3.1.027 for my version. Is there a way to enable that?
It simply reports 3.1...

This is from April 3rd, 1992. This is so early it does not even have a build number yet. It is way earlier than even 014, let alone 027.
