[REQUEST] Intel PSE-36 driver for NT 4.0

This used to be a free driver that Intel distributed on their website, after registration (hence you can't get it from archive.org). The PSE-36 driver was an early method for accessing > 4GB of RAM with Windows NT 4.0 Enterprise Edition. In subsequent versions of Windows, PAE was utilized.

Does anyone have a copy of the old PSE-36 driver?

In my searches it was indicated that Intel's PSE36 driver worked much the same as Gavotte Ramdisk, and I was able to find working download links (at least for newer versions, unsure if they will run on NT4):
