VB6 Installation on Windows 10 PC

I have downloaded Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 Enterprise [DEC Alpha] (ISO) but when I try to run it, it says the app can't run on myPC - ASUS Windows 10 64 bit. Any suggestions?

DEC Alpha is a RISC instruction set processor.

"ASUS Windows 10 64 bit"
ASUS manufacturers Intel based systems.

In other words, software from one system will not run on the other. Ever.
