Thanks to the mere coincidence that windows 98 SE supports DX9.0c, this game needing that, and KernelEx existing. You can now run Irisu Syndrome!! (A Meta Horror Game) on windows 98. However: I will not include gameplay due to my computer not liking it, (it's a Chromebook -w-")
