I'm gonna build a new PC! Yay! Its gonna WAAY faster than my 300mhz/96mb RAM/2.5gb HDD!!!! Its gonna leave it in the dust!!!!!!!!!!!

What I have so far... all from scrap...:

P2? go celeron or p3 anything but old p2 unless you plan to run windows 95 on this new pc

Well too late, I bought the P2... it was only $1.25... $8 for shipping... AND I gave ShitNess MMX to a friend who didn't have a computer... I still have MMX2.

Dunno. But I do have a Celeron 633 lying around.... And a couple other Pentium IIs... Boy do I have a lot of Pentium 2s!

use the celeron , and do yourself a favor, put those p2s ina box , out the box in your attic. 50 years from now open the box and if they still work , sell them for a fortune. lol

personally i don't trust ebay... too many people i think are trying to sell off their crap half of which might nto work..... the only thing i would get from an online place is cables from cat5ecableguy.com pnly because they cost more in other places..... i might get some ram for the server from an online place but that depends on how much the ram is at the PC store down town.
