and if my GeForce 4000MX can play DVDs.....

nick, i have a compusa combo. not a dvd burner tho.... you want a dvd +- is you can find a cd +- also, burner those are the best to get, I have my combo in a p2 400, 256 ram and movies are fine to watch on it

Hell, one of my friends has a SiS 314 and he watches DVDs fullscreen (i think he could on his previous comp, 64mb/pii 333/integrated intel gfx)

I can feed it out to my 64"... Ha, I have a DVD player and Surround Sound for that anyway...

I used to play DVDs on my Pentium III 500. works fine, My ATi Rage 128 pro and the complete Rage series all have MPEG2 integrated.

You probably meant CyberLINK PowerDVD. They dont make DVD drives.
