  • Ouch, I'm not even gonna go that far. I'm used Limited User on XP and that's enough for my tastes of NT Restriction.
  • On a site note, I note they've depreciated "Power users".

  • Yeah, that's only available in 2K and before (I'm not sure about XP, I think it might be)
  • In XP if you created a standard user you'd get a "Power User" (If I remember correctly).

    -Q
  • I think you get an administrator, with Limited you get a user.
  • Not if you go by the default options:

  • What's that supposed to prove, other then you have Sophos (Err), look up proxies, and connect to multiple machines via MMC?

    -Q
  • That XP has the power users group.

    PS. proxies?
  • I was trying to say that they're depreciated in Vista, not that they weren't there at all.

Upper left hand corner "... proxy servers" (OK, so "look up" isn't nearly good enough).

PS. Ahh, I just realized where I'd seen that dialog before: Windows 95!
  • That's opera. It's so I can stop using my proxy when shit doesnt work.

I only use it to block ads.
  • I only use em when I was on BNet. For flooding and stuff.
  • "BNet" = battle.net?

    -Q
  • Correct. I will be going back on after I get my new computer. This computer will be converted to a Media PC for my TV in my room.
