/usr/bin/ftp is pretty nice, there's also transmit.

Audium is a libpurple frontend I believe, which makes it wonderful

I believe BulletFTP is a good one, but I may be getting the name wrong...

You could always try the notoriously classic "Fetch", however if FZ works, use it instead.

They should port Flashfxp to Mac. The last time I used FZ, it decided it would continue downloading a file after it was already finished.
