forums back, somewhat

the forums are somewhat back. for the most part they're in read only mode. those able to post are only able to thanks to your auth cookie, loose it and you'll be read only.

i'm working on fixing this but it's a fairly obscure issue that i've been unable to find so far.

I'm going to work on remaking the template from the current default template instead of an old smartDark conversion. Expect things to appear/change over the next couple days.
