New Mirror

Hi Folks,

With much thanks to revnja, we now have a 3rd library mirror that will be coming online very shortly. This mirror is located in a datacenter in NYC and will provide an excellent addition to our infrastructure.

    It's still being deployed, nothing's been tested yet. 40GB of ~200GB transferred so far.

    Looks like we have ~90GB so far, still chugging along!

    Currently there's one file left to go in Misc Documentation but the mirror has otherwise been brought online and placed on the library page.
