Firefox v0.9 due for release 6/12 - 6/14

We're targeting a 6/12 or 6/14 (earlier better) release date for 0.9. I don't see much point in holding onto this one for too long since it'll only eat into 1.0b development cycle time. It looks like EM etc mostly works.

Please grab all the recent branch builds you can and find any grandma killing bugs!

    You can already get FFX 0.9 from their CVS source server. Thing is you have to compile the source code and most of the time when you get that kind of stuff it can be really buggy.

    Yea, CVS is usually crap for end usrs, witness Fish's phpBB 2.1.2 that can't delete posts.

    OK, I tried firefox .9 and...it looks bad. I see it and can't help but think windes..... Anyways, I have un-installed it and have re-installed .8 but when I try to run it nothing happens..... it gets loaded into memory but never shows up to use.

    heh...I decided to delete the firefox folder instead of leaving it during un-install, that fixed it.

    Yeah I went back to .8.... I was kinda disappointed in the new one.

    I'm using .9. Seems to work good for me so far.

    [EDIT! FFX] is good but be SURE to uninstall .8 1st or .9 will S U C K...

    *GASP* I found another typo. I assume you meant it, not IE! That's a funny typo!

    I never uninstalled .8, but have been fine so far.
