Well, I bet in 1995 it was the holy god of Internet browsing.
Not at all. In 1995, the holy god was Netscape. IE was originally a mere rebranded version of Mosaic. It wasn't until MS began bundling it with everything when IE became the king.
It was around late 1997/98 that Microsoft started shoving that up everybodies ass, and they cranked up their marketing engine so many idiots thought it was pure gold - all while it let web pages reformat their hard drives.

You mean what it did to Windows 95? I put IE 4 on a Win95 VM, and suddenly everything was screwed up. The file manager became IE! It even displayed IE logos.
It is 1.0A. Not too uncommon, and that one is missing the master disk.
But doesn't WinWorld lack a good dump? The one we have is copy protected, and you have to open a hex editor to fix it. It would be nice to have a Kyroflux/SCP/CopyIIPC/etc dump of 123.
Zenith "Z-100 PC" DOS and applications http://www.ebay.com/itm/Zenith-Heath-Da ... _270wt_870
Includes:
Misc DOS versions for "Z-100 PC" series (Not "Z-100")
GW-Basic for Z-150 ("Z-100 PC" Series)
Microsoft Fortran Compiler for Z-DOS ("Z-100")
Microsoft Cobol-86 for Z-DOS ("Z-100")
FutureNet DASH-1-XT Schematic Designer Software for IBM PC and DOS from Dysan Corp 1983: (disks only) http://www.ebay.com/itm/vtg-FutureNet-D ... _495wt_871
This was an early and reportedly powerful schematic drawing program for the CP.
Lotus Symphony 1.2: http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-SYMPHON ... t_3003wt_0
From my research there was a Lotus Symphony 1.0 (that we have), Lotus Symphony 1.1, and Lotus Symphony 1.2, that were all copy protected. These would need to be archived with a Kryoflux, SuperCard Pro, or TransCopy.
Unopened TK!Solver for the Macintosh http://www.ebay.com/itm/Tk-Solver-For-A ... _539wt_864
But they want way too much.
TK-Solver was a mathematical program sold by Software Arts (makers of VisiCalc), and later bought by Lotus.
The seller called it the "Original" version, but earlier versions were avaialble for the IBM PC.
Because they are not original disks. This seller regularly creates and sells boot disks for various platforms. Nothing wrong with that, but those aren't very useful here.

Ah, OK. It wasn't very obvious though. That seller should really say *NOT* original or something.
Eventually, I'm going to regret passing up that Windows 1.01 SDK, but you know, money. As far as I know, nobody has scanned the manuals for any 1.0x SDK yet.
Zenith Microsoft Windows, although it is not labeled "ms-5063-30" is supposedly Windows 1.01 for Zenith Z-100 PC (Not Z-100) and Z-200 or later PC compatibles. (Given the presence of a "build" disk, it must be at least 1.x or 2.x) : http://www.ebay.com/itm/HEATH-HEATHKIT- ... t_22wt_864
Such a wonderful job of labeling their products Zenith did. I wish there were a definitive Zenith part number list somewhere.

This guy (Charles Petzold) may have a copy of the Windows 1.0 SDK:
He mentions in that blog post "Windows 1.0 and the applications of tomorrow" that he used the Windows 1.0 SDK to create a few demo applications. The post is from 2005. Maybe it's worth emailing him to see if he still has it? It certainly would be nice to have.
Now, it would be REALLY awesome if someone found the Windows 1.0 Byte and/or COMDEX demos.
Um, Charles Petzold is a long time Windows advocate. He has been in a large number of magazine articles promoting Windows programming since Windows 1 and has written a number of books on Windows programming. He will probably go to his grave clutching his Windows SDKs. :P
Look at this! The Windows 1.03 SDK currently at $200.00! Someone buy it now!
Includes the manuals AND floppy disks! Sample source code too!
That seller is known on the Vintage Computing Forums for flipping second-rate items at inflated prices.
BTW, Winworld does have the SDK software: https://winworldpc.com/product/windows-sdk-ddk but it is the manuals that are missing. Same deal with the Microsoft C compiler software needed to use the SDK.
Wow, It must be early(?) TransCopy board. (1986?)
I think the price seems to be good for collector.
(I have 2ea of TransCopy board). (1990)
I wonder Transcopy software version is. (Maybe 1986 or 1987?)
Speaking of hardware emulation, here's the Microsoft Z80 SoftCard for the Apple III! It includes manuals, although I'm not sure if it includes CP/M itself.
