WinBoards Fatal Error

Lately likely due to maintenance and things moving around I get the following error and essentially logs me out in the process:

Hitting the 'Post Reply' and 'New Topic' buttons seem to cause this but not all the time.

Thanks for the report we will sort this CAPTCHA stuff out. This is a fresh copy of phpBB and unmodified. My admin account lacks any CAPTCHA check so it blew past me
