[OFFER] Various Productivity Windows 3.x Apps

I've uploaded a few applications, which unfortunately I didn't source from original floppy disks but I've made the effort to convert as close to the originals as possible and tested them.

* CorelFLOW 2.00.D2
* ABC FlowCharter 2.0
* Visio Express 3.0 for Lotus Applications
* Visio Express 3.0 for Microsoft Office
* Borland Paradox 4.5 for Windows
* 401 Great Letters for Windows 2.0b
* Calendar Creator Plus for Windows 2.0
* Crystal Reports Professional 4.0.1.0
* Lotus Forms 1.0

I've also uploaded an ISO of Plus! for Windows 95 to replace the existing copy that has 2003 year time stamps as it was requested for a redump.

    Incidentally, that Photoshop "3.0" you upped was actually a beta version (3.0.X64). It seems other archives out there also have it mislabeled as 3.0.

    Thanks for clarifying. I did see that X64, but wasn't sure what it represented, however could tell it was earlier than 3.0.4.
