I tried to install build 404, 438, 340, 297, 239, and october 1991 builds but they don't seem to work.

I have all these builds running well in 86Box, so 86Box could be your way to go.

the early builds look similar to windows 3.0 (not 3.1) so i would call this Windows NT 3.0

No, unless you wan't to count the April 1991 WOW Reversi Demo build's reliance on an OS/2 debugger.

It's a false positive. Modern virus scanners are crap. Report the problem to your antivirus provider.
