It appears as though Disk 5 in the English version is not correctly dumped, when I get to Disk 5 in the installer it complains that I inserted the wrong disk.
Thank you for pointing that out. Lotus 1-2-3 4.01 English Disk 5 is actually missing - the disk5 file is some other disk. Since it is unusably incomplete, it has been removed.
Confirmed. Tried to install to Dosbox and got the same error message.
The disk 5 here seems to be the installer disk for Adobe Type Manager (R) version 2.5.
It would appear that the Lotus 123 v4 Disk 5 is missing.

It appears to include a version called "Lotus-1-2-3 v4-01 - English - Win3x.zip"
This is a Spanish version, not English
