Xenix was the variant of UNIX originally published by Microsoft, later sold to SCO. It added a variety of technical enhancements over System V Unix, including a menu-driven business shell. It was ported to many different platforms from a PDP-11 including the Altos 8600 (First x86 port), IBM PC, Intel System 86, TRS-80 Model 16, SCP Gazelle II, and Apple Lisa.

    There is a keygen on archive.org... https://archive.org/details/UnixWare71

Confirmed working key for this version, IMPORTANT that you ONLY install the defaults during initial setup, the non default stuff requires extra licenses that can be added after install.

    SCO UNIXWare Enterprise edition:
    Serial number: SCO953484
    Activation key: cuzirmbu
    Leave License Data entry blank

After install login as root, open Terminal, run scoadmin, double click License Manager, click your license then click Register License

    Registration Key: heerhzhowz

    Click OK and profit.

    SCO Software Development kit:
    Serial number: SCO323394
    Activation key: brvyzdtt
    Registration Key: txkbawbegx

    SCO Merge 4 Desktop:
    Serial number: SCO816866
    Activation key: qboepynu
    Registration Key: N/A

    SCO Merge 4 Server:
    Serial number: SCO801088
    Activation key: rpvuxcmz
    Registration Key: zchrwscgkz

SCO Advanced Print & File Server:
    Serial number: SCO443951
    Activation key: kyfuxcur
    Registration Key: N/A

AFAICT the only other thing included that needs a key is IBM Server Manager and the keygen doesn't support it.
