Microsoft C 5.0 Optimizing Compiler (5.25) is incomplete unfortunately. PACKING.LST in Setup Disk.img lists nine diskettes in the set but there are only four in the 7z archive.
Yes, that's right.
Total disks should be nine.
I wrote about information of 9 disks on the link.

I have added a note. Thanks for testing these and pointing this out.
Microsoft C Optimizing Compiler 5.0 Users Guide is available in PDF format from https://www.pcjs.org/pubs/pc/software/tools/microsoft/c/5.00/
Microsoft C Optimizing Compiler 5.1 (Update) documentation is available in PDF format from https://www.pcjs.org/pubs/pc/software/tools/microsoft/c/5.10/
There's a pdf dump at the os2museum which includes some Microsoft C (5.x) documentation: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/os2-history/os2-library/os2-1-x-sdk/
Sorry if this is obvious, but even in its incomplete state, MS C 5.0 still can be usable. If one copies the contents of the four existing diskettes over an install of QuickC 1.0, the result is an almost complete install of MS C 5.0, and the only things that are missing are Codeview (can be obtained separately), the alternate math libraries (not very useful), and the tool for making MS Fortran 4.x compatible libraries (not very useful either).
