nooo, i had changed the clock back to 200Mhz, and .. lemme just tell the story
I first OCed, but then i put it back to normal. I turned it on XMas eve, windows XP blue screened me at the boot screen. I then leave it alone, and didnt touch it for a long while. I reset BIOS, then try again with Win XP, same. SO then yesterday morning i get this beep thing. I reseated the RAM, resteaed the video card, no luck.
Learn, think, THEN post. You're completely leaving out the first two, you dolt. Fuck off and die, or at least never come back here until you quit being a n00b.

Now to fix windows XP's urge to crash upon startup (after the boot screen logo)

I'm guessing Pentium II's have the multiplyer locked like other Intels also. You will need to do the same.
